Becky has been in consulting since 2007, prior to this she spent 17 years in Unilever in senior positions at local, European and Global levels within their Laundry and Homecare businesses. She also ran Unilever’s UK consumer insight function.

Outside work Becky is married with 3 young boys who try their best to interest her in the delights of football, cricket and golf… but she is steadfast in her belief that she does not possess a sporty gene in her body.

Becky enjoys many aspects of marketing particularly creating strong brand positioning and developing innovation ideas. However her main passion is actually marketing people – and developing a culture where brilliant marketers thrive.
