
Caroline has over 15 years of international experience on leading global brands. Initially working for Unilever, she ‘jumped the fence’ to Ogilvy & Mather based in Moscow and grew the Unilever business in Eastern Europe before returning to London to launch and roll out Dove Deodorant across Europe. Then it was off to The Netherlands for M&Ms, i-mode 3G and Sanex before returning to the UK. She has been consulting across a broad range of sectors since 2005.
