Will started his marketing and sales career with Unilever and spent 15 years working and living in India, Egypt, USA and the Middle East as well as the UK. This gave him a strong appreciation of how to develop brands in hi-tech diagnostic sectors as well as personal care categories.
Will began consulting in 2002 and has enjoyed a range of assignments with pharmaceutical, drinks and distribution businesses across the world including a 20-month stint in Saudi Arabia.
Will is a post-graduate qualified Executive Coach which he uses to encourage greater client ownership of agreed solutions as well as improved capability engagement.
